WHOOP is looking for a Supply Planner to join our Global Operations organization, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Supply & Demand. In this role, you will translate demand requirements into executable supply plans across the WHOOP hardware portfolio, helping ensure the right products are available at the right place and time while balancing inventory, cost, production timing, and operational constraints. You will partner across Demand Planning, Sourcing, Materials, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other Operations teams to identify risks, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive informed supply decisions in a fast-moving environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain supply plans for assigned products by translating demand requirements, inventory targets, lead times, production schedules, and operational constraints into recommended production and purchase requirements.

  • Monitor inventory, incoming supply, production schedules, purchase orders, and projected availability to identify shortages, excess inventory, timing risks, and other supply-demand imbalances; develop and communicate recommended mitigation actions.

  • Partner with Demand Planning, Sourcing, Materials, Manufacturing, and Logistics to incorporate forecast changes, supplier lead times, component constraints, production capacity, and transportation timing into the supply plan.

  • Maintain clear visibility into inventory health and supply coverage, including weeks of supply, safety stock, service levels, shortages, excess inventory, and supply attainment, and communicate material changes and risks to key stakeholders.

  • Support scenario planning for changes in demand, supply constraints, product launches, product transitions, and other business changes, balancing product availability, inventory exposure, cost, and operational feasibility.

  • Support the supply and inventory planning portions of the S&OP / integrated planning cycle and contribute to the implementation and adoption of planning systems through process design, data validation, user testing, and continuous improvement of planning workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, materials planning, production planning, supply chain analytics, or a related function.

  • Working knowledge of supply planning concepts including inventory management, lead times, safety stock, weeks of supply, production planning, and supply-demand balancing.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets, investigate inconsistencies across multiple data sources, and translate findings into clear recommendations.

  • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills; experience with ERP, MRP, or supply planning systems such as o9, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Kinaxis, or similar platforms is beneficial.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

  • Experience in consumer electronics, hardware, manufacturing, retail, or another inventory-intensive business is beneficial.

  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
