We’re on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Supply Planner to join our MECCA-Maginations team for 6-months at our Support Centre.

This role is responsible for planning and executing manufacturing orders within the own-branded MECCA-Maginations business, ensuring accuracy of item data, timely ordering, and seamless delivery of products from suppliers to our warehouse. You’ll play a vital part in supporting new product launches, optimising supply chain processes, and ensuring our inventory stays healthy and ready to delight our customers. 

 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Setting up and maintaining own-branded MECCA-Maginations items in our ERP system, ensuring accurate master data and product information 

  • Executing monthly supply and demand planning, reviewing forecasts, launches, and risks to maintain stock availability 

  • Managing orders, procurement, and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of components, raw materials, and finished goods 

  • Overseeing production planning and logistics with external suppliers, manufacturers, and freight forwarders for all new and ongoing products 

  • Monitoring inventory and stock health, conducting cycle counts, and minimising risk of out-of-stocks or overstock situations 

 

What You Will Bring 

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, supply chain management or similar, with experience in retail or support centre environments 

  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively 

  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build and maintain supplier and stakeholder relationships 

  • Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in stock management processes through an ERP system.
