ROLE OVERVIEW
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of financial documentation and transparency communication projects for U.S.-listed corporations, primarily Fortune 500 companies. This role ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of SEC-regulated disclosures and corporate reports by leading cross-functional project teams and managing client relationships. The Project Manager will oversee production workflows, regulatory filings (e.g., EDGAR), design coordination, and client satisfaction.
This position is ideal for professionals with a background in advertising, publishing, or production, and a strong interest in U.S. capital markets, corporate disclosures, and regulatory communications. Familiarity with platforms such as Workiva and EDGAR is highly desirable.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES:
Project and Client Management
- Lead and manage full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and client expectations are met.
- Act as the main liaison with clients, managing timelines, scope changes, approvals, and overall satisfaction.
- Coordinate across departments including creative, advisory, editorial, and production for seamless delivery.
Technical Oversight and Compliance
- Supervise the production and submission of financial and regulatory reports in compliance with SEC and EDGAR requirements.
- Utilize Workiva for collaborative authoring, version control, and XBRL tagging.
- Ensure production workflows meet internal quality standards and client branding requirements.
Design and Content Integration
- Work closely with designers and content specialists to ensure accurate and effective visual storytelling.
- Support the execution of layout, visual alignment, and branding consistency for high-quality financial communication materials.
Crisis Management and Quality Control
- Anticipate project risks and implement solutions swiftly to prevent impact on delivery.
- Lead crisis resolution and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Perform rigorous quality checks and ensure all deliverables are error-free and aligned with compliance standards.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Project Management, Advertising, English, or any related field.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of project management experience in a client-facing role.
- Background in advertising, publishing, or financial printing is preferred.
- Experience in SEC reporting (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q, Proxy, ESG reports) and using Workiva and EDGAR is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Workiva platform and SEC/EDGAR submission tools.
- Understanding of financial publishing processes and regulatory reporting standards.
- Familiarity with print production, document layout, and digital collaboration tools.
