The intern will gain hands-on experience with ESG strategy, sustainability data, and narrative development, working closely with the sustainability team to analyze data, build insights, and translate complex information into compelling stories that demonstrate the impact of Worldly’s platform.

This role is ideal for someone interested in corporate sustainability, ESG strategy, and data-driven storytelling, who is excited to work on real-world sustainability challenges within a mission-driven technology company.

Decarbonization Strategy Project
  • Support the development of Worldly’s corporate decarbonization strategy

  • Analyze sustainability data and research best practices in corporate climate strategy

  • Help structure insights and recommendations that inform internal sustainability initiatives

  • Translate technical sustainability concepts into clear narratives and documentation

Demo Environment Project
  • Work with demo environment datasets to ensure data is functioning properly for demonstration purposes

  • Manipulate and organize data to support demo scenarios and project goals

  • Help create compelling narratives and storytelling elements within the demo environment

  • Identify opportunities to improve how sustainability insights are communicated through demos

Cross-Project Collaboration
  • Balance work across two concurrent projects over the course of the internship

  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine outputs

  • Present progress and insights to the sustainability team

What You’ll Gain

This internship offers the opportunity to:

  • Gain hands-on experience in corporate sustainability and ESG strategy

  • Contribute directly to Worldly’s decarbonization strategy development

  • Develop experience working with sustainability data and analytics

  • Practice data storytelling and narrative creation for sustainability insights

  • Collaborate with sustainability professionals within a mission-driven technology company

  • Participate in a structured intern cohort program

  • Experience with data manipulation or analysis

  • Familiarity with AI tools or data-processing tools

  • Ability to translate complex information into clear narratives or insights

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
