The Opportunity
As part of the Technology & AI team you will lead the design and implementation of innovative AI solutions focused on sustainability. As a Manager you will supervise and mentor cross-functional teams, upholding the alignment of initiatives with business goals while maintaining ethical standards in AI deployment. This role offers the chance to drive transformative projects that utilize advanced technology to advance our sustainability objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop secure and scalable architectures for generative AI applications
- Integrate AI models into existing systems while refining performance
- Promote advanced frameworks and practices in AI
- Implement measures to prevent bias and promote responsible AI usage
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in AI/Machine Learning
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Information Technology preferred
- Advanced programming skills in Python
- Experience deploying AI solutions for sustainability
- Being skilled in ML/AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, CrewAI)
- Knowledge of foundational and open-source LLMs (e.g., GPT-5, Claude 4, Llama 4, DeepSeek)
- Competence in vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval augmentation (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate)
- Proven track record with cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Google Vertex AI)
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and containerization
- Possessing the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
