  • Develop joint business plans and strategic initiatives designed to create sustainable revenue growth.
  • Expand Health Catalyst's presence within key healthcare, consulting, technology, AI, data, and cloud ecosystems.

Revenue Growth & Business Development

  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue objectives.
  • Create and execute co-sell and joint go-to-market motions with alliance partners.
  • Identify, pursue, and help close strategic opportunities generated through partner relationships.
  • Work closely with direct sales teams to maximize partner engagement and increase win rates.
  • Drive referral, reseller, marketplace, and strategic alliance opportunities that accelerate bookings.

Executive Relationship Management

  • Serve as the executive sponsor for key strategic partnerships.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and partner decision-makers.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to align partner initiatives with corporate objectives.
  • Represent Health Catalyst at industry events, conferences, and partner forums.

Partner Enablement & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Ensure partners are equipped to effectively position and promote Health Catalyst's solutions.
  • Develop partner engagement programs that increase awareness, demand generation, and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate on joint marketing activities including events, webinars, campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Drive partner adoption of Health Catalyst's value proposition and competitive differentiators.

Business Planning & Performance Management

  • Forecast partner-generated pipeline, revenue, and business performance.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs that measure alliance effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic partners and executive stakeholders.
  • Evaluate competitive activity, market trends, and ecosystem opportunities to continuously improve channel performance.
  • Develop financial analyses, growth models, and long-range strategic plans to support partnership investments.
