What You’ll Do

As the SVP of Growth and Client Success, you lead the end‑to‑end experience for one agency brand. You shape the client engagement model, elevate operational excellence, and ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery across Amplifi Solutions.

Client & Product Leadership

You will:

  • Own the holistic client relationship across all Amplifi Solutions products and services.

  • Lead a cross‑functional POD that ensures smooth communication and timely issue resolution.

  • Bring product insights, commercial updates, and value reporting to agency teams.

  • Ensure that compliance, operational standards, and pacing/performance expectations are consistently met.

  • Lead quarterly and strategic business reviews, helping clients understand outcomes, opportunities, and growth potential.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

You will:

  • Lead a multi‑level Client Success team (Associate through Group Director).

  • Set clear standards for communication, documentation, performance, and escalation.

  • Coach your team on strategic account ownership, financial excellence, and cross‑functional partnership.

  • Partner with the EVP to shape team capacity, talent development, and scalable operating structures.

Operational Excellence

You will:

  • Co‑create and evolve the Amplifi Client Success operating framework.

  • Standardize onboarding, governance, communication, and reporting processes across agencies.

  • Identify friction points and design solutions that improve consistency and efficiency.

  • Ensure documentation, quality control, and communication rigor across all accounts.

Commercial Ownership & Growth

You will:

  • Own revenue, margin, and financial performance for your assigned agency brand.

  • Guide your team to identify growth opportunities and advise client teams proactively.

  • Oversee forecasting, reporting, and financial accuracy in partnership with Finance.

  • Balance strong client outcomes with sustainable business performance.

Client Onboarding & Enablement

You will:

  • Lead onboarding for new clients or agency teams across all Amplifi products.

  • Align commercial, operational, and billing requirements to ensure a smooth start.

Data, Reporting & Performance Excellence

You will:

  • Oversee performance reporting, dashboards, and data quality across your portfolio.

  • Ensure your teams use insights to inform strategy and demonstrate value.

  • Serve as an escalation point for advanced reporting or financial inquiries.

Campaign Governance & Cross‑Team Collaboration

You will:

  • Oversee flawless campaign delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality at scale.

  • Partner closely with Solutions, Activation, Data & Technology, and Media Services.

  • Ensure risks are documented, communicated, and escalated appropriately.

What You Bring

You may be a great fit if you have:

  • 15+ years of experience in client leadership, account management, or media operations.

  • A track record leading multi-level teams and developing high‑performing talent.

  • Experience owning enterprise‑level accounts and driving measurable value.

  • Strength in operational frameworks, campaign management, and cross‑functional processes.

  • Comfort simplifying complex commercial, financial, and technical information.

  • Strong communication skills—especially in high‑visibility, high‑stakes situations.

  • A collaborative, empathetic leadership style that builds trust quickly.
