About This Job
This role is onsite will report full-time to our HQ in San Diego, California. Remote/Hybrid is not offered.The SVP, Head of Enterprise Digital Product at Axos is a senior executive responsible for defining and executing the company’s enterprise digital product vision, strategy, and customer experience across its direct-to-consumer, securities, and commercial platforms. This role oversees digital product initiatives spanning consumer banking and self-service experiences, securities solutions for RIAs and broker-dealers, and commercial digital capabilities for business clients and internal relationship teams. The Head of Enterprise Digital Product drives innovation, harnesses technology and data, and leads cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated, secure, and scalable digital products that serve retail customers, investment professionals, and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Leadership
Define and lead the enterprise-wide digital product strategy across Axos’ direct-to-consumer, securities, and commercial platforms, ensuring all initiatives are customer-centric and deliver measurable value.
Anticipate competitive and market trends across digital banking, wealth and securities platforms, commercial treasury and servicing capabilities, and embedded digital experiences.
Champion a customer-first, digital-first, product-driven culture across Axos.
Ensure that customer insights, feedback, behavioral data, and market intelligence inform strategic decisions and product roadmaps.
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Own the product vision and roadmap for Axos’ direct-to-consumer digital banking experiences, securities platforms for RIAs and broker-dealers, and commercial digital capabilities.
Align product development with the needs of retail customers, financial advisors, broker-dealers, commercial clients, and internal business stakeholders.
Prioritize features and investments based on customer insights, analytics, competitive analysis, regulatory considerations, and market demand.
Customer, Advisor & Client Experience
Deliver secure, intuitive, and differentiated digital experiences across Axos’ consumer, advisor, broker-dealer, and commercial platforms.
Integrate advanced capabilities for RIAs and broker-dealers, including portfolio management, trading execution, compliance workflows, and client reporting.
Enhance commercial client experiences through capabilities such as digital onboarding, payments, account servicing, cash management, reporting, lending and loan management, and relationship support tools.
Ensure a customer-centric approach across all Axos digital products, placing user needs, feedback, and experience at the core of design and decision-making.
Digital Personalization & Marketing Collaboration
Drive personalized digital experiences across consumer, securities, and commercial platforms using data insights, behavioral analytics, and AI-driven recommendations where appropriate.
Work closely with Axos’ digital marketing and business teams to align product capabilities with acquisition, engagement, retention, and relationship growth strategies.
Collaborate on segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and personalization initiatives to increase adoption, satisfaction, and cross-sell effectiveness.
Use analytics to continuously refine digital engagement strategies, ensuring relevance and value for retail users, financial professionals, and commercial clients.
Ensure product and go-to-market efforts are fully integrated, delivering a cohesive and seamless customer journey.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, operations, and business unit leaders at Axos to define go-to-market strategies for digital products across direct-to-consumer, securities, and commercial channels.
Align product launches, feature rollouts, and enhancements with business priorities, sales enablement, customer engagement initiatives, and service delivery models.
Ensure that go-to-market plans integrate customer insights, regulatory requirements, risk considerations, and business objectives.
Monitor and measure the success of product launches and adoption initiatives, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
Foster ongoing communication and alignment between product, engineering, marketing, operations, and business teams to maximize adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
Performance Metrics & Analytics
Define, implement, and continuously monitor key performance indicators for consumer, securities, and commercial digital platforms, including acquisition, adoption, engagement, retention, operational efficiency, and revenue impact.
Establish data-driven dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
Use analytics to guide product decisions, prioritize feature development, and optimize user experience across all digital channels.
Set measurable goals for digital product initiatives and track progress against them to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams.
Growth & Market Differentiation
Drive adoption, engagement, and retention across retail, advisor, broker-dealer, and commercial channels.
Develop strategic partnerships, where appropriate, with fintechs, data providers, custodians, and other technology partners that enhance enterprise digital capabilities.
Position Axos competitively across digital banking, securities platform, and commercial digital experience markets through differentiated product strategy and execution.
Leadership & Organizational Development
Directly manage product management and user experience leadership across enterprise digital channels.
Build and lead high-performing teams serving direct-to-consumer, B2B securities, and commercial digital products.
Mentor teams to embrace experimentation, rapid iteration, disciplined prioritization, and innovation.
Report digital product strategy, progress, risks, and growth opportunities to executive leadership and the board.
Work collaboratively with software development and project management leaders to evolve the delivery model from project-based execution to product-centric operating practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in product management, digital product leadership, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple senior stakeholders.
Deep understanding of digital product development processes, operating models, and methodologies.
Strong market insight and customer orientation across consumer, securities, and commercial financial services.
