Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising. Founded in 2016 to help transform the antiquated world of TV advertising through the intelligent application of AI and machine learning, Tatari helps some of the world’s fastest growing brands including Chime, Calm, Tecovas, Manscaped, Saatva, and Liquid I.V., reach their customers using linear and streaming TV ads. Our platform combines sophisticated media buying with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience, enabling businesses of any size to advertise on TV.

That approach has earned Tatari broad industry recognition, including being named Best CTV AdTech Platform in the 8th annual MarTech Breakthrough Awards, as well as honors from Digiday (Best Connected TV Platform), AdExchanger (Most Innovative TV Advertising Technology), and Business Insider (Hottest AdTech Companies). Tatari has also been recognized as the Best Place to Work by Inc. Magazine. Backed by an executive team of former founders and senior leaders from companies including Shazam, TrueCar, AdapTV, LiveRail, Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Yahoo, Tatari continues to scale rapidly as TV advertising enters its next major era.

Tatari is looking for a visionary SVP, Product to lead the next generation of our intelligent advertising platform—one that is built on the belief that the future of media buying is automated, measurable, and deeply data-driven. You’ll own the  product vision and execution across our infrastructure, measurement frameworks, and AI-powered optimization engine. This position reports into the CEO and sits at the heart of our executive leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Set and champion product vision and roadmap across TV media buying, campaign measurement, and automated optimization—balancing immediate market needs with long-term platform ambitions.
  • Translate company strategy into a clear, sequenced product roadmap with defined priorities, milestones, and resource allocation across engineering, data science, and media operations.
  • Drive the build-out of our core AI and automation capabilities, from bidding algorithms and audience targeting to attribution models and real-time campaign optimization across linear, streaming, and programmatic channels.
  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, media buying, sales, client success and finance to ensure product decisions are grounded in both commercial reality and technical feasibility.
  • Leverage a sharp mix of quantitative analysis, market research, and product intuition to make fast, high-confidence decisions in a dynamic landscape.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on industry shifts—privacy regulation, programmatic innovation, AI/ML applications, and omnichannel convergence—and position the platform accordingly.
  • Be the internal and external voice of the product: inspire confidence with executive leadership, the board, and key clients through a clear, compelling product narrative.
  • Build and scale a high-performing product team — recruiting top talent, setting the standard for rigor and craft, and fostering a culture of accountability and ambition.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in AdTech product roles with a strong focus on programmatic media, measurement, or marketing automation; minimum 2 years in a startup environment.
  • A proven track record of shipping scalable, high-impact products in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
  • Deep comfort with data—you can navigate large datasets, interrogate measurement methodologies, and translate signal into strategy.
  • A bias toward automation and AI tooling, paired with pragmatic execution instincts—you know when to build, buy, or iterate.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity; you move decisively with incomplete information and course-correct quickly.
  • Strong product taste—you hold UX and interface quality to a high standard even in complex, data-heavy tooling.

Benefits

  • Total compensation ($225,000 - 350,000)
  • Equity compensation
  • Health insurance coverage for you and your dependents
  • 401K, FSA, and commuter benefits
  • $150 monthly spending account
  • $1,000 annual continued education benefit
  • $500 Newbie Productivity Perk
  • Unlimited PTO and sick days
  • Monthly Company Wellness Day Off
  • Snacks, drinks, and catered lunches at the office
  • Team building events
  • Hybrid RTO of 2 days per week in office

At Tatari, we believe in the importance of cultivating teams with diverse backgrounds and offering equal opportunities to all. We strive to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every team member feels valued and diversity is celebrated.
