We are seeking an exceptional Program lead to drive the execution of a strategic joint venture transformation and one of the firm's most significant business and technology transformation initiatives.

This is a high-profile role accountable for delivering a large-scale front-to-back platform transformation underpinning a strategic joint venture. The successful candidate will lead execution of the program covering the rollout of trading, operations, finance, treasury, risk, compliance, and data platforms to establish the technology foundation for a new operating entity. 

Working directly with senior executives, this individual will combine strategic leadership with relentless execution to drive one of the firm's most important transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Execution: Translate strategic objectives into a clear, executable roadmap and maintain focus on critical path delivery.
  • Own End-to-End Technology Delivery:
    • Lead execution of the joint venture technology program and own delivery outcomes, milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall program success. 
    • Oversee the delivery, integration, migration, and deployment of front-office trading platforms, middle- and back-office systems, risk and finance platforms, data services, and supporting infrastructure required for Day 1 launch. 
    • Drive accountability across workstream leads to ensure commitments are delivered on schedule. Partner across technology, business, control functions (e.g. audit, procurement), and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and launch.
  • Executive Communication and Influence:
    • Partner with senior executives to align priorities, resolve challenges, and drive key decisions.
    • Provide concise and actionable reporting to Board members and senior executives, creating confidence in program execution and delivery outcomes.
  • Manage Risk & Drive Results: 
    • Anticipate and address risks, issues, and dependencies before they impact delivery.
    • Maintain relentless focus on execution, delivery quality, and successful outcomes.
  • Build High-Performing Culture: 
    • Lead and mobilize program managers and delivery leaders across multiple workstreams.
    • Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, ownership, and execution excellence.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 15+ years leading large-scale technology transformation programs.
  • Experience delivering front-to-back technology transformation programs involving trading platforms, post-trade systems, risk platforms, finance ledgers, and large-scale data migration preferred.  
  • Deep experience with technology modernization, platform integration, migration, and large-scale change.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in complex, high-stakes environments.
  • Strong understanding of technology delivery, testing, migration, implementation, and operational stabilization.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Global Markets industry experience preferred, particularly Equities.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $175,000 - 275,000.

The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications.
