IT Infrastructure Intern
Location – hybrid: Palo Alto, CA
As an IT Intern at Intapp, you will become a part of our internal IT operations team committed to helping our employees provide AI-powered solutions to hundreds of the largest professional service firms worldwide.
We are looking for extraordinary students with a passion for IT, a love of helping people, and a desire to experience participating with a great team of IT professionals. You will be embedded within the IT Infrastructure team and explore the functions within the group’s technology stack.

What you’ll do:
As a member of the IT Infrastructure Team, you will manage SaaS tools, administer Windows and Linux Servers, support our employees, work in network administration and help develop and deliver new solutions. You will have exposure to SaaS management, Intapp’s virtualization environments (VMware, Azure, and AWS), Windows and Linux servers, Meraki networking solutions, Okta Identity and Security systems, and the Microsoft 365s administration suite.
What you’ll need:
- Junior or Senior pursuing a 4-year technical degree
- High academic performance in Computer Science courses
- Experience configuring and managing network infrastructure
- Experience with SaaS management is a plus
- Experience with Virtualization technologies (Azure, VMware, AWS) is a plus
- Commitment to teamwork and strong communication skills
- Excited to solve technical problems

What to Expect:
- Our Summer 2026 Internship Program begins June 1, 2026, and is projected to end August 7, 2026.
- Your professional growth and development will be supported throughout the internship program via project work related to your academic and professional interests, mentorship, and engaging events with other interns and company leadership.
- Our internship is hybrid, and interns will be expected in the office at least 3 days a week to get the full experience of the Intapp culture and networking opportunities.
