Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a technical leader to join the team of product architects. Your role will include all product development activities such as: requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, software integration, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation.

To be successful in the role you need

• BSS/OSS domain knowledge.
• Product Architecture experience in non-functional areas such as Cloud native deployment, Geo redundancy, In Service upgrade, Security

• Knowledge of microservice architecture and core principles for distributed architecture for a cloud native infra/application.

• Good understanding of integration technologies/EAI patterns and technology stacks.
• Hands on experience with at least 3 out of the 5 competences below:
  • Java technology with frameworks like Springboot.
  • No SQL databases like Cassandra.
  • One relational database - like Oracle / Postgres / MySQL.
  • Containerized deployment (dockers and Kubernetes).

• Public Clouds (AWS or GCP or Azure).

• Good interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Open mind/ good listener and challenger without being disrespectful.

You will perform.

• Understand business requirements on top of technical and design accordingly.
• Support design of one pagers and architecture evolution studies.
• Design solutions based on requirements & prepare feature specifications.
• Provide leadership on technology strategy/plan with opportunities in latest technology trends and identify challenges and risks along with solution for new technology selection and adaptation.
• Define deployment strategy as part of the design (e.g., communication between microservices on a cluster, interfaces, etc.).
• Coordinate technical development of PoCs.
• Review product documentation (CPI) to help improve quality and usability.

Your Pay
The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
The salary range for this position is $129,500-$170,100
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Ericsson's Group Retirement & Savings Program offers an automatic 2% company contribution into the Pension Plan. Ericsson also offers a 50% match of employee's contribution into the Registered Retirement Savings Plan, up to 8% of the employee's contribution (maximum of 4% match). This leads to a total company contribution potential of 6%. Employees will also basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage at two-times annual base pay at no cost, as well as short-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 18 days of accrued vacation, at least 3personal days, minimum 10 holidays, 1 volunteer day, and sick days. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 10 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
