Job Description

Our small engineering team is changing the way healthcare decisions are made. We’re building new products and solutions that allow patients and medical researchers to unlock the power of new datasets. We validate the economic and clinical utility of new digital health technologies and enable regular people to participate in finding the best tools to help make managing health just a little easier for everyone.     Configure employee workstations in accordance with company standards and operational requirements.

Provide basic technical support to users regarding their workstations (e.g., VPN configuration, AntiVirus installation).

Help employees with onboarding and account provisioning. Manage groups and email lists for existing employees in our Google Apps domain.

Research and recommend innovative, and, where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
