We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our Electronic Warfare (EW) team supporting various Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) Systems. This is an exciting role which provides an opportunity to work across the full product life cycle, from concept to deployment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with system design, development and test of RADAR- Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Electronic Counter Measure (ECM).
  • Experience with system level RF cascade analysis, co-site analysis and mission modeling.
  • Experience with mission modeling tools like AFSIM and STK.
  • Experience with system requirements creation and sub-system requirement traceability. Coordinate across disciplines to ensure the system requirements and design are properly and thoroughly defined and captured.
  • Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering, including the use of modelling tools (e.g. Cameo)
  • Excellent at balancing multiple projects at any given time.
  • Enthusiastic about both working with a team and executing work individually.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret/Top Secret security clearance.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience in SIL (System in Lab) design, setup and automation.
  • Flight Test experience and flight test data analysis.
  • Experience in integrating Firmware and Software build on prototype and production grade hardware.
  • Familiar with wireless communication standards (Bluetooth, 3G/4G/5G, Wi-Fi, SINCGARS, MUOS, etc.)

US Salary Range
$191,000$253,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
