Job Description
We are hiring systems engineers at the individual contributor, team lead, chief engineer and technical director levels to participate in Electronic Systems development programs at any of the locations listed above. As a Systems Engineer, you will be a member of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to model, design, develop, integrate, debug, test, field, and support our innovative Electronic Systems. Help us create the world's most advanced solutions in the area such as Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Aircraft Protection, Radar Warning and Electronic Attack for our defense related customers. Our products provide critical mission capabilities to address the ever-evolving threats to our nation's security and the war fighter!

The roles range from individual contributor through leads on programs.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Skills and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or a related domain.
  • Must possess an active Secret Clearance.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred Skills and Education:
  • Master's Degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience in EO/IR, RF, EW
  • Experience with Requirements Development
  • Experience with integration and test
  • Experience with Model Based Engineering
  • Experience with Agile
  • Active Secret Clearance or above (active within the last 2 years)

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
