About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Systems Engineer based in the United States to join our global IT team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the overall management, maintenance, monitoring, and optimizing of Cellebrite's global data center, servers and storage infrastructure, 365 platform and endpoint management, both on-prem and cloud.

In this role you will be part of system and DevOps engineers’ group and assume responsibility over systems, operating systems, hardware and storage. You will lead initiatives and push delivery to success while also be responsible for the maintenance and support of IT services under this group. You will act as a critical escalation point (Tier-3) for complex IT challenges, working closely with cross-functional departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management: Overall management and monitoring of Cellebrite server and storage infrastructure, on-prem and in the Cloud.
  • System Maintenance: Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
  • High Availability: Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability and reliability for global operations.
  • Advanced Support: Providing tier-3 IT support to different business units within Cellebrite, including Cellebrite FedRAMP services.
  • Problem Solving: Providing innovative solutions to any complex IT-related challenges within the organization.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working alongside other departments and global teams to achieve company goals and visions.
  • Service and delivery measurements: Strive for performance that exceeds goals of service level SLA and delivery on quality and on time.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Proactively identifying opportunities for improvements to existing processes, driving the automation of time-consuming tasks leveraging AI tools and technologies, and examining new technologies to improve the end-user experience and IT efficiencies.
Requirements

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a global hi-tech company.
  • US Citizen

 Core Infrastructure & Virtualization

  • MS Infrastructure: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, AD Connect etc.
  • Virtualization: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with VMware vSphere 6.x/7.x, including installation, configuration, and system design.
  • Datacenter: Familiarity with physical servers, Network and the Datacenter maintenance lifecycle.

 Cloud & Identity Management

  • Experience Level: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Cloud and Identity Management.
  • Microsoft Azure Ecosystem: Proven experience including:
  • Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) – strong knowledge of identity and access management, SSO, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Microsoft 365 services – including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and more.
  • Cloud Architecture: Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and basic security controls.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): Experience with core services (EC2, S3, Route53, FSx), Basic understanding of AWS security controls (IAM, VPCs, KMS).
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Familiarity with cloud security best practices and monitoring tools.

Operating Systems & Endpoints

  • OS Mastery: Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Client OS, Linux distributions, and macOS.
  • Mac Management: Experience managing macOS endpoints with Jamf Pro (or similar) in enterprise settings.
  • Endpoint Management: Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Jamf.

 Storage & Backup Solutions

  • Storage Systems: Hands-on experience with NAS/SAN systems, specifically NetApp, QNAP, and BlueXP.
  • Backup: Familiarity with enterprise backup systems (experience with Commvault/Metallic is a strong advantage).

Security & Automation

  • Security Mindset: A security-conscious approach to system design, patching, and access control.
  • Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python scripting for system administration and automation tasks.

Soft Skills

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise-scale production environments.
  • Communication: A team player, excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across global teams and time zones.
  • Language: Fluent in English – both written and verbal.
