As a contract TA Operations Specialist, you will turn Talent Acquisition data into clear, accurate, executive-ready reporting and presentations. You'll partner with TA Operations and TA Managers to produce trusted metrics, strong visualizations, and polished slide decks that leaders can actually use to make decisions.
Responsibilities:
  • Build recurring and ad-hoc TA reports (workflow efficiency, funnel health, time-to-offer).
  • Develop executive-ready slide decks and reporting packages for TA Operations and business reviews.
  • Translate data into clear, static visualizations for senior and non-technical audiences.
  • Apply data storytelling to surface trends, risks, and insights (not just activity).
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and presentations.
  • Align metrics with agreed definitions and business priorities.
  • Document reporting logic and metric definitions for repeatable reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3 - 5 years in TA Operations, HR Operations, or People Analytics with a strong reporting focus.
  • Proven experience producing executive-ready reports, visualizations, and presentations.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong visual design judgment.
  • Experience working with TA or HR data in Workday.
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting TA leaders or managers in business or executive reviews.
  • Exposure to Eightfold, Power BI, or Visier (analysis and interpretation).
  • Experience in a global or matrixed TA organization.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting or analytics concepts.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$65,000.00 - $147,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
