About the Role
We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support our hiring initiatives across the United States, Japan, and South Korea. This remote consultant position is ideal for a recruitment professional who embraces AI-powered tools, excels at candidate assessment, and thrives in a multi-regional, fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Initial Screening & Assessment (Primary Focus)
  • Conduct comprehensive resume reviews utilizing cutting-edge AI-powered screening tools to identify top talent efficiently
  • Lead first-round interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and motivation
Interview Coordination & Process Management
  • Schedule and coordinate multi-stage interviews across different time zones
  • Ensure seamless communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process
  • Manage candidate experience to maintain engagement and positive employer branding
Candidate Sourcing (As Capacity Allows)
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies tailored to each regional market

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR with demonstrable success in candidate assessment
  • Proven interview expertise: Strong ability to conduct structured behavioral and competency-based interviews
  • Tech-savvy approach: Experience with or enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools and recruitment technology platforms
  • Cross-cultural competency: Understanding of hiring practices and cultural nuances in Asian markets (Japan/South Korea experience highly preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills: Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams across cultures
  • Time zone flexibility: Comfortable scheduling across US, Japan (JST), and South Korea (KST) time zones
  • Highly organized: Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and coordinate complex interview schedules
  • Self-motivated: Thrives in remote work environments with minimal supervision
