The Opportunity:

The primary focus of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) is to support the HUB Pacific Region Talent Acquisition team in all phases of the recruitment life cycle. The TAC will be responsible for providing scheduling and administrative support to the recruiting team, as well as building relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This position is instrumental in effectively driving recruitment processes, providing a seamless candidate and hiring team experience, and adhering to company policies and compliance regulations. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with coordination and administrative tasks: scheduling interviews, sharing assessment results, following up with hiring managers and candidates, reporting/tracking, and ad hoc tasks as assigned 

  • Manage the internal HRIS (Workday) and CRM (Phenom), including creating requisitions, monitoring candidate applications, data entry, reporting, offer letters, and onboarding 

  • Manage additional recruiting platforms, as needed (Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.)  

  • Monitor background checks and manage the onboarding process for new hires 

  • Maintain weekly reporting of recruiting activity and performance for the Super Region 

  • Assist with tracking recruitment efforts, requisitions, and additional reporting in Excel, as needed 

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team and interact with candidates and hiring managers to provide white-glove service 

  • Work in partnership with TA Operations to ensure processes comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and established objectives, maintaining consistency and adherence to best practices across all recruitment activities 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred 

  • Minimum of 1-2+ years’ experience in a coordinator role supporting an HR or Recruiting team is preferred 

  • Must be able to work autonomously but be team-oriented, collaborative, and flexible as we shift responsibilities to best support a rapidly growing organization 

  • Customer-focused with exceptional organizational skills, communication and follow-up skills, strong attention to detail 

  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in data analysis and reporting. 

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook 

  • LinkedIn, Workday, Indeed Resume, and Handshake experience are a plus but not required 

  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed for training, team meetings, etc. (less than 10%)

  • Customer-focused approach to deliver a positive recruitment experience 

  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate evolving priorities and contribute to process improvements

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

This position primarily involves remaining in a stationary position for the majority of the workday.

The person in this position frequently communicates with colleagues and clients both in person and on the telephone; Must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information.

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

The expected salary range for this position is $27-36/hr depending on geographical location and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
