Job Description Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Talent Team as well as managers across the firm in the full-cycle recruiting process for all business professional positions. This role will primarily be responsible for scheduling interviews, tracking candidate data, and supporting operational recruiting functions, all while keeping the candidate experience in mind.
This position can based in our Silicon Valley or San Francisco, CA office, and offers a hybrid schedule requiring 2 days onsite per week at your designated office with the possibility of additional required in-office days depending on business needs. If based in San Francisco, travel to the Silicon Valley office at least 1x per week is required. The work schedule for this position will be 40 hours per week (non-exempt), Monday - Friday, from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm PT, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Job Description:

  • Enters and updates resume/applicant data and status to Workday.
  • Maintains data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews and hires.
  • Drafts job postings and posts open positions in Workday and on external job boards.
  • Monitors resumes and emails submitted to the recruiting mailbox.
  • Responds proactively to requests for information.
  • Coordinates and schedules interviews (and testing as needed).
  • Gathers evaluation forms from all interviewers and compiles the feedback into spreadsheets.
  • Meets and greets candidates and is the point of contact throughout the interview process.
  • Coordinates and processes travel arrangements for candidates and new hires as applicable.
  • Initiates background and conflicts checks and conducts reference checks for new hires.
  • Reviews completed background reports, proactively reaches out for additional information as needed, and discusses discrepancies with Talent Acquisition Manager as needed.
  • Prepares and sends out offer letters.
  • Processes all business professional hires into Workday.
  • Coordinates pre-onboarding tasks for new hires.
  • Distributes new hire goodies.
  • Prepares and submits department expense reports and invoices.
  • Assists with customization of Workday.
  • Handles additional tasks and projects as requested.

  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Work effectively and with minimal supervision as an individual contributor and as a team member.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively at various levels with internal and external clients.
  • Professionalism, diplomacy, tact and calm in the face of conflict and pressure.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruiting database software (preferably Workday).

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional recruiting coordination & scheduling experience, preferably in a law firm environment. Bachelor's degree required.

    The anticipated range for this position is:

    $68,000 - $95,750

    Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

    A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.  Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
