Unity Advisory · Professional Services · PE-backed (Warburg Pincus)

We have an active hiring plan and need an experienced pair of hands to deliver it. This is a focused, four-month role for someone who is immediately available and can hit the ground running.

Unity Advisory is a finance advisory firm trusted by CFOs and senior finance leaders through complex, high-stakes transformation. Backed by Warburg Pincus, we're scaling deliberately — and right now we need additional TA capacity to keep pace.

We are not the Big Four. We're high-agency and commercially serious, where performance is measured by outcomes, not activity. For the right person, this is a chance to do excellent work, at pace, in a firm that takes hiring seriously.

The role

We're adding depth to a strong, close-knit TA team for a defined four-month period. You'll bring immediate capacity and share ownership of live hiring across all levels — staff and senior alike.

Working closely with the CPO, you'll run the full lifecycle from Senior Associate to Director and support our senior pipeline. You'll have direct access to hiring managers and Partners from day one. There's no long ramp here — we need someone who can start now and pick up live roles quickly.

What you'll do

  • Drive the pipeline. Run proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach — well beyond job-board responses. Build warm pipelines fast, use data and AI-enabled tooling to cut time-to-shortlist, and support senior searches end to end.

  • Run an excellent process. Own recruitment from Senior Associate to Director with a consistently high-quality candidate experience. Brief hiring managers and Partners with discipline — holding timelines, feedback, and decisions.

  • Keep things moving. Manage the ATS and live requisitions cleanly, track the metrics that matter (time to hire, conversion, offer acceptance), and leave the process in a tidier state than you found it.

  • Represent Unity well. Be a credible ambassador in the market so every candidate leaves knowing who we are and why we're different.

What we're looking for

  • Immediately available — able to start at short notice and commit to the full four-month term (essential)

  • 5–8 years in talent acquisition with a professional services background (essential) — in-house at a Big Four, mid-tier, or boutique advisory firm, or agency-side placing into this market

  • Deep knowledge of at least one of: Deals and Financial Due Diligence (FDD), Office of the CFO / Finance Transformation, or Tax

  • A track record of securing strong hires at Manager to Director level

  • Credible with Partner and Director-level candidates — considered, unhurried

  • Able to step into live roles immediately and deliver at pace, with minimal ramp

  • Consultative, commercially aware, and comfortable using data to work smarter

The mindset that fits

Genuinely collaborative — happy to share the work and go to market as a team. High ownership: you see a gap and close it. Low ego: you share credit and focus on what's right for the firm. Honest and direct with candidates and hiring managers alike — and able to make an impact quickly within a defined window.

The practicalities

  • 4-month fixed-term contract, with potential to extend depending on hiring needs

  • Immediate start — this role is for candidates available now or on very short notice

  • Direct access to the CPO, hiring managers, and Partners

  • A close, collaborative TA team and a culture that's high-standards without being political

Available now and ready to deliver? We'd like to hear from you.
