About ROLLER

ROLLER isn’t your average SaaS company. We operate globally across 30+ countries, powering millions of real-world experiences in the leisure and attractions industry. What we build doesn’t just live on a screen. It shows up in busy venues, peak weekends, and unforgettable moments for guests.

Our mission is simple but ambitious: help operators run better businesses while creating great guest experiences. That means solving complex, real-world problems across ticketing, point of sale, self-service, memberships, kiosks, and digital waivers, all at meaningful scale.

Just as importantly, it’s the people. We’re a team of 300+ smart, grounded, and genuinely passionate humans working across the globe. We care about quality, ownership, and doing work we’re proud of, without taking ourselves too seriously.

We’re growing fast, aiming high, and building something that matters. If you want to work on real problems, with real customers, alongside people who care deeply about their craft and impact, ROLLER is a great place to do it.

Why You'll Enjoy This Role!

🚀 Play a key role in scaling ROLLER’s Sales team globally, helping bring our product to more venues and experiences around the world.
🤝 Partner directly with Sales leadership to shape hiring strategy and help scale a high-performing GTM team!
🌎 Work as part of a collaborative global Talent Acquisition Team, sharing ideas and best practices across regions.
✨ Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, representing a product and culture that genuinely excites candidates.

Why You Want To Work With Us!

💸 Competitive Package & Real Career Growth - We offer competitive compensation and benefits aligned to the level of ownership we expect. As ROLLER scales, so do the opportunities. People grow here by taking on bigger problems, broader scope, and greater responsibility. Progression is driven by impact and capability, not tenure, and strong performance is recognised and rewarded.

Why This Role Matters

ROLLER is entering a key phase of global growth, and our ability to hire exceptional GTM talent, and specifically Account Executives who will directly shape how fast and how well we scale. This role is responsible for bringing world-class Sales talent into the business — the people who will introduce ROLLER to new markets, new venues, and new customers. The people driving our growth towards towards redefining an entire industry!

As our Talent Acquisition Manager on Sales, you’ll partner directly with Sales leadership to build the teams that drive revenue growth. Your ability to identify, engage, and secure exceptional sales talent will have a measurable impact on ROLLER’s success.

We believe time in the office is critical for connection, collaboration and learning - so this role is minimum 3 days per week in the office, either Austin or Walnut Creek CA.

What You'll Do

Own GTM/Sales hiring from strategy to hire

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles, particularly Sales positions (SDRs, AEs, Sales Leadership), from role briefing through to offer and onboarding. Most of these roles will be based in the US and UK.
  • Translate business goals into clear hiring plans and effective search strategies.
  • Design and drive the strategy for securing those tricky Enterprise AEs.

Partner closely with Sales leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on role design, interview process, and candidate assessment
  • Influence hiring decisions with data, market insights and talent market expectations
  • Help ROLLER stay competitive in the US and UK SaaS sales talent market

Build and engage high-quality talent pipelines

  • Leverage your existing sales talent network to identify, engage, and attract top-performing candidates.
  • Source and engage both active and passive sales talent using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, industry communities, referrals, and direct outreach.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience

  • Represent ROLLER’s mission, culture, and opportunity with authencity and passion
  • Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team on employer branding initiatives that strengthen ROLLER’s presence in the US and UK sales talent market.

Continuously improve our TA systems and processes

  • Coach hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, assessment, and candidate engagement.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in our ATS (Greenhouse) while identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and Technology to improve our hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

About You
  • You have 5+ years of hands-on recruiting experience for Sales or GTM roles, within a SaaS or high-growth technology company, bringing a deep understanding of sales structures (SDRs, AEs, Sales Leadership) and a well-developed B2B SaaS network across the US and UK.
  • You have a high appetite for Technology and AI and a natural curiosity for how it can transform your work. You’re comfortable using AI tools to automate repetitive 'busy work,' freeing you up to focus on high-impact work.
  • You are skilled at consulting and influencing stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leaders.
  • You bring strong market intelligence and can provide insights on hiring trends, competitor activity, and candidate motivations.
  • You are highly proactive in sourcing and engaging passive candidates, building relationships that convert into great hires.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving results.
  • You are proficient with ATS platforms (Greenhouse experience highly regarded) and value process improvement and operational excellence

We believe AI is a career-defining inflection point. ROLLER is a fast adopter of new technology like AI, and every team member is empowered to own their learning and use the latest tools to supercharge their impact. We’re looking for candidates with the proficiency and curiosity to embrace AI and technology — not just as a technical skill, but as a core competency to help us achieve big goals.
