Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter
•    Assist in driving SmartBear’s growth by providing hiring support, aligned with our core values: smart, open, driven, accountable, and curious.
•    Shape the recruitment process with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness, particularly in technical recruitment.
•    Build strong candidate relationships and maintain a positive and energetic approach in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter, you will: 
•    Develop and maintain strong working relationships with department leaders and hiring managers to accurately capture and fulfill hiring needs.
•    Proactively create and manage candidate pipelines for technical roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
•    Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including requisition management, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiations.
•    Conduct outreach activities to attract and engage potential candidates through various channels.
•    Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for top-tier sales talent.
•    Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
•    Bring a proactive, results-oriented approach, and we promise a collaborative, supportive team environment.

We are looking for you if you have: 
•    2+ years of experience in a high-volume recruitment or sales recruiting role.
•    A passion for recruiting, hiring, and building genuine relationships with people, particularly in sales.
•    The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
•    Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple roles and candidates at various stages of the recruitment process.
•    Leverages AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows, improve efficiency, and drive data-informed decisions, while maintaining a strong curiosity and commitment to continuously learning and adopting emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and persuade.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage large volumes of candidate data efficiently.

Your SmartBear total rewards compensation package includes an hourly rate. The hourly pay range for this role is listed below. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location
