Job DescriptionOverview of Role
Our Talent Acquisition Partner (contract) will provide a strategic and consultative approach to support the growth of our organization. If you have solid experience in progressive and innovative talent acquisition practices, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a significant impact. You will play a crucial role in establishing and enhancing the talent acquisition function within our dynamic and unique organization.
What you will be doing:
Strategic Partnerships and Recruitment: Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to advise on hiring strategies, manage full-cycle recruitment processes, and ensure alignment on role specifications. Develop and execute solid sourcing and recruiting plans to create a strong candidate pipeline and fill positions in a timely manner.
Recruiting Programs and Marketing: Develop and maintain recruiting programs that align with the overall strategy, including creating and leading marketing strategies that support Employer Branding initiatives. Establish and maintain community partnerships to promote the candidate pipeline.
Diverse Talent Sourcing: Identify and develop strategies to tap into new markets, actively source passive candidates, and create a pipeline of potential talent. Ensure all recruitment and selection processes attract diverse candidates, guarantee fairness, and remove bias.
Candidate Experience and Onboarding: Build and maintain a positive candidate experience from the initial contact through the hiring process. Collaborate with People Operations to ensure competitive compensation practices and effective onboarding of new team members.
Training and Support: Train hiring managers on best recruiting practices at all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
A successful candidate will have:
Experience: 6+ years in full life cycle recruitment, preferably in a high-growth environment with a focus on engineering and go-to-market (GTM) roles. Prior experience supporting the expansion of development teams is a plus.
Candidate Experience and Strategic Guidance: Passion for creating a positive candidate experience and guiding hiring managers and teams to think strategically about adding new members.
Relationship Building: Excellent relationship-building and consultative skills, with the ability to partner effectively and influence talent decisions. A consultative approach to building strong relationships with hiring managers and their teams.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with creative and innovative approaches.
Adaptability: A building sense, able to navigate changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
Communication: Clear, concise, and engaging written communication style, with the ability to draft compelling InMails.
Data-Driven: Ability to analyze hiring trends, sourcing channels, industries, and markets to inform recruitment strategies.
Organization: Superb organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple processes and priorities while meeting deadlines.
Collaboration: Skilled at working independently but also able to seek help, direction, and clarification when needed.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, an approachable style, and the ability to manage complex relationships and difficult conversations.

Contract Length: This role is intended to have a minimum 3-month duration, with the possibility of extending further.
