The recruiter maintains strong relationships with their internal client providing consultative support and expertise. The recruiter is responsible for exhibiting service excellence throughout the full recruitment cycle. Performs other related duties as assigned.

The recruiter maintains strong relationships with their internal client providing consultative support and expertise. The recruiter is responsible for exhibiting service excellence throughout the full recruitment cycle. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree. (Required)
Work Experience:

  • One or more years of demonstrated success in recruiting and sourcing, preferably in a healthcare setting. (Required)
  • One or more years of experience providing high levels of customer service. (Required)
  • One or more years of experience using recruitment technologies such as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & Social Media. (Preferred)

Licenses and Certifications:
SHRM-CP (Preferred)
Essential Functions:

  • Review candidates and evaluate qualifications to determine eligibility for the position.
  • Develop, in partnership with the hiring manager, recruitment marketing plans to determine candidate sources.
  • Effectively and creatively source candidates using various resume databases, networking sites, professional affiliation sites, and search engines using Boolean search language.
  • Solicit and actively pursue referrals.
  • Effectively use communication tools such as social media, phone/text, and email to engage with candidates.
  • Ensure consistency of employer brand, total compensation package, and local community offerings to attract talent.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure their preparation for scheduled interviews.
  • Provide consistent and timely updates relating to the status of the process.
  • Create and use interview templates to assess the applicant as compared to the requirements of the job description.
  • Use professional judgement to review and compare candidate screening notes to determine a match for role(s) within the organization.
  • Communicate timely with the hiring leader after scheduled interviews to determine next steps for the candidate to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the applicant experience.
  • Use knowledge of compensation principles and total rewards offerings to articulate the offer and drive the candidate's acceptance.
  • Build strong consultative relationships with HR Business Partners and Hiring Leaders to understand business priorities and anticipate staffing needs.
  • In partnership with Student Services, develop and maintain robust relationships with local programs, colleges, universities, and academic partners.
  • With the assistance of the Director and/or Senior Partner, plan, participate, and lead Talent Acquisition Events, including large conferences, onsite networking events, local, state, and national career fairs.
  • Exhibit strong critical thinking skills.
  • Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities to the hiring leader to depict both metrics and efforts.
  • Consistently exceeding standards on the above competencies are required to be considered to advance to higher level of role.
  • Strict adherence to regulatory and accreditation bodies, compliance and risk management policies and guidelines to ensure all are maintained for the organization, employees and applicants.
