OverviewRemote | Preference for Chicagoland (Lake Forest, IL Proximity) Help Build the Leaders Who Build Our BusinessAt Reynolds Consumer Products, great manufacturing operations start with great people.  We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as a strategic hiring advisor focused on salaried hiring across our manufacturing network. In this role, you'll partner with plant leadership, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire the talent that drives operational excellence. This is more than managing requisitions.You'll influence hiring decisions, provide labor market insights, develop creative sourcing strategies, and help leaders make confident talent decisions that impact safety, productivity, innovation, and business performance.  You're passionate about recruiting, enjoy solving complex talent challenges, and will thrive in a consultative business partnership role. Responsibilities

Partner with Manufacturing Leaders

Work closely with Plant Managers, Operations Leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.  Lead intake discussions that clarify role requirements, define success profiles, and establish hiring plans that position searches for success.


Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting

Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for salaried positions across our manufacturing network, including:

  • Plant Leadership

  • Production & Operations Management

  • Continuous Improvement

  • Environmental Health & Safety

  • Quality

  • Supply Chain

  • Maintenance Leadership

  • Technical & Professional Manufacturing Support Functions

Develop Talent Market Strategies

Leverage labor market intelligence, talent mapping, sourcing expertise, and competitive hiring insights to build strong candidate pipelines.  Use a combination of direct sourcing, networking, referrals, recruitment marketing, talent communities, and industry engagement to identify and attract high-caliber talent.


Guide Better Hiring Decisions

Conduct meaningful candidate assessments focused on skills, experience, leadership capability, and organizational fit.  Partner with hiring managers to implement structured, competency-based selection practices that improve decision quality and consistency.


Create Exceptional Experiences

Deliver a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams through proactive communication, consultative guidance, and strong process management.  Maintain momentum throughout the hiring lifecycle by creating urgency, driving accountability, and facilitating effective stakeholder engagement.


Support Hiring Excellence

Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal processes while maintaining accurate recruiting documentation within our Applicant Tracking System.  Identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience within corporate recruiting, search firm, or RPO environments

  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop recruiting strategies

  • Strong candidate assessment and sourcing capabilities

  • Ability to influence and consult with leaders throughout the hiring process

  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements including EEO, OFCCP, and DOL

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies 

Preferred:

  • Manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, industrial, or technical recruiting experience

  • Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system

  • Experience supporting multi-site organizations

  • Familiarity with manufacturing labor markets and operational talent challenges

  • Experience recruiting professional and leadership-level talent

  • Public company, private, or private equity-backed business experience
