As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll lead recruitment activity across global teams, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire candidates who meet Everway's needs. You'll influence hiring decisions, improve recruitment outcomes, and contribute to the evolution of our hiring practices.
Main responsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Run complex recruitment searches across multiple functions and levels.
- Own the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and assessment approaches.
- Use recruitment data and insight to improve hiring outcomes and process effectiveness.
- Deliver a consistent and positive candidate experience.
- Ensure recruitment activity complies with local regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and support reporting requirements.
- Manage relationships with preferred recruitment partners and agencies.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems, and candidate experience.
- Use AI-enabled tools and automation to improve sourcing, screening, and recruitment workflows.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a global organization.
- Strong direct sourcing and talent-mapping capability.
- Experience implementing inclusive hiring practices.
- Ability to use recruitment data and analytics to inform decisions.
- Experience building effective stakeholder relationships across organizational levels.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Greenhouse.
- Experience recruiting within a remote-first SaaS environment, ideally in GTM functions.
- Experience within the EdTech sector.
- Familiarity with employer branding initiatives.
- Knowledge of international recruitment compliance requirements.
- Experience developing structured interview frameworks.
