  • Use data to influence hiring decisions, workforce planning, and process improvements.
  • Leverage analytics and reporting to identify trends, highlight risks, and guide data-informed recruitment strategies.
  • Partner with HR leadership to define and track metrics related to DEI and candidate experience.

AI, Innovation & Future of Talent

  • Stay informed on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices in the Talent space.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to integrate AI-driven insights into sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
  • Help shape the team’s vision for how technology will elevate efficiency, fairness, and hiring impact.

Partnership & Collaboration

  • Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, offering market insights, competitor intelligence, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment on job architecture and competitive offers.
  • Facilitate structured, inclusive interview processes and coach interviewers on best practices.
  • Champion employer branding, DEI, and continuous improvement across recruitment operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to design and interpret recruitment reports, dashboards, and metrics to drive decisions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment analytics, AI-enabled sourcing, and data automation tools.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders and advising on hiring strategies.

  • Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Breezy, HireRight, iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

What You’ll Bring
