Location: Florida (Remote)
Schedule: EST Core Hours, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $35.29 – $37.00 per hour
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship Required

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support high-volume hiring initiatives by identifying, engaging, and pre-screening top talent. This role is ideal for a sourcing professional who is passionate about finding exceptional candidates, building talent pipelines, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to meet critical hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract qualified candidates across technical and non-technical disciplines.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for active requisitions.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screenings.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using professional networks, social media, and sourcing platforms.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities.
  • Support recruiting events, targeted hiring campaigns, and career fairs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within applicant tracking and CRM systems.
  • Leverage market intelligence and sourcing data to provide recruiting insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, Juicebox, or similar platforms.
  • Experience sourcing talent across engineering, technical, business, operations, supply chain, or related disciplines.
  • Experience sourcing candidates requiring security clearances.
  • Strong candidate engagement and screening skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting environments.
  • Previous recruiting or sourcing experience within the aerospace and defense industry.
