As we continue to expand nationwide, we're looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract and hire top talent across our operations and corporate teams.
Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both hourly and salaried positions across multiple U.S. markets.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, interview conversion, time-to-fill, and hiring effectiveness.
- Prepare offer letters, negotiate compensation within approved guidelines, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruiting, and recruiting events as needed.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and contribute ideas to increase hiring efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operations roles is highly preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience using ATS systems (Workable preferred) is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
