We are hiring a proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives across our growing plumbing and heating organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead recruitment strategy for technicians and office staff
• Develop workforce planning and talent pipeline initiatives
• Oversee onboarding and training programs
• Manage employee relations and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Administer benefits, compensation structures, and HR policies
• Promote company culture and employee engagement
Qualifications
• 5+ years HR experience (trade industry preferred)
• Strong recruitment and talent sourcing background
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards
• Experience managing remote HR systems (HRIS platforms)
• HR certification (SHRM, CHRP, etc.) preferred
