We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a growing organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Reporting: Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Skills
- Strong sourcing and interviewing techniques.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation
$60,000 – $80,000
