As our Talent Administrator & Coordinator, you’ll be an essential part of the Recruiting Team, helping to support the recruitment process while diving into various life cycle recruitment activities. Sounds exciting, right? Let’s connect!


YOU WILL:

  • Coordinate and schedule candidates for various selection process activities, such as assessments, interviews, onsite visits, etc.
  • Own pre-employment processing of employees, ensuring proper completion of paperwork.
  • Prepare offer letters and facilitate background checks and reference checks.
  • Maintain files and documentation on candidates to maintain compliance.
  • Lead auxiliary postings for the internal recruitment team and collaborate with the team on requirements for open requisitions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and coordinate schedules and meetings.
  • Generate reports on candidate and recruiter activity daily.
  • Track candidate activity and dispositions of candidates in applicant tracking systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated customer service mentality with a “can-do” attitude.
  • 1–2 years of office administration experience, preferably in an HR or staffing capacity.
  • Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Deep understanding of and commitment to the requirements of confidentiality.
  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
  • Resourceful, highly dependable, and efficient.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Suite programs.

Talent Administrator & Coordinator (40k -65k CAD) or (37k-50K USD) 

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between 40k and 65k CAD annually for Canada or between 37k and 50k USD annually for the USA. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the country/location and qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, skills, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include, but are not limited to, a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and any client-specific specifications. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding higher starting pay. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to salary, Wilson offers bonus/commission programs and a competitive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, a retirement plan, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, and unlimited PTO.
