Summary:

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is building something new. As our first-ever Talent Attraction & Engagement Specialist, you will be the architect of how Presbyterian shows up to the world as an employer. Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
Recruitment Branding Development
• Define and document the Recruitment Branding Strategy — the authentic, researched answer to why people choose and stay at Presbyterian
• Conduct employee listening sessions to surface the real themes and stories that define our culture
• Ensure consistent Recruitment Branding messaging across all candidate-facing touchpoints including job postings, careers page, social media, and recruiter communications
• Serve as internal steward of the employer brand across all channels
• Utilize branding to develop sourcing avenues
Content Creation & Storytelling
• Develop and execute a content strategy across LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and the Presbyterian careers page
• Produce employee spotlight content, day-in-the-life features, and video testimonials
• Rewrite and refresh job descriptions to reflect a human, compelling tone
• Build and maintain a consistent content calendar across all employer brand channels
Candidate Experience
• Audit and continuously improve the end-to-end candidate experience from first touchpoint through offer acceptance
• Monitor and actively manage Presbyterian’s presence on Glassdoor and Indeed
• Partner with recruiting team to ensure candidate communications are warm, timely, and on-brand
• Identify and address candidate drop-off points through data and feedback
Pipeline & Community Building
• Build and activate an employee referral program that leverages our existing workforce
• Develop relationships with local universities and community colleges to create sustainable talent pipelines
• Identify and cultivate internal brand ambassadors across departments and locations
• Develop targeted recruitment campaigns for high-need and hard-to-fill roles across all service areas
Reporting & Analytics
• Establish and track baseline recruiting metrics: time-to-hire, source-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, and application volume by channel
• Report regularly to leadership on brand impact, channel ROI, and candidate quality trends
• Stay current on healthcare talent acquisition trends and emerging tools
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, employer branding, or a closely related field required
• Experience in healthcare or a mission-driven organization required
• Strong written communication skills with ability to create content for multiple audiences and channels required
• Experience managing employer-facing social media content required
• Ability to work independently and build programs from the ground up required
• Comfortable working with recruiting and engagement data required
• Experience developing an Recruitment Branding Strategy or formal employer brand strategy preferred
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM platforms preferred
• Experience with basic video content creation preferred
• Knowledge of the New Mexico healthcare landscape preferred
• Experience building university partnership or internship pipeline programs preferred
