Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Update open requisition vacancies and applicant statuses.
  • Organize interviews and produce interview schedules.
  • Liaise with applicants to provide updates on their progress.
  • Enter jobs and candidates in ATS as well as post jobs in various internet resources utilizing the ATS.
  • Coordinate with Marketing department to promote open jobs on the company’s social media tools.
  • Coordinate career fairs and maintain relationships with colleges for university recruiting.
  • Perform phone screens with candidate and reference checks.
  • Prepare reports from ATS as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Attendance at work during normal business hours.

The salary range for this full-time role is $50,000.00-$63,333.34 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
