Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Business Support Analyst to support key Epic Tapestry business operations, including benefits engine configuration, eligibility and enrollment processing, provider and vendor contracts, claims workflows, and interface/EDI issue resolution. Assist their Managed Care Health Plan with support and system build. This role is up to 50% remote and may require you to travel to the client when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain benefits engine logic.
- Maintain provider/vendor contracts and reimbursement logic.
- Support claims processing through configuration and retro-adjudication.
- Build and maintain fee schedules
- Maintain documentation, workflows, and test plans.
- Troubleshoot interfaces and EDI file issues.
- Participate in upgrades and new plan implementations.
- Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution.
Requirements
Required Epic Tapestry Certification:
- Epic Tapestry Claims and Contracts Administration
Additional Desired Certifications:
- Epic Tapestry CRM (Cheers) Administration
- Epic Benefits Engine for Tapestry
- Epic Tapestry Link
- Epic Referrals and Authorizations
- Epic Tapestry Eligibility and Enrollment
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Epic Tapestry Claims and Contracts Administration as an Analyst
- Build Experience working in a managed care or shared instance environment.
- Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
