The Opportunity
As a Tax Innovation - Tax Data Transformation - Director, you will specialize in delivering comprehensive solutions that integrate business, experience, and technology aspects. Within our Tax practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, design and implement innovative solutions, and facilitate successful project delivery. Your role will involve analyzing client needs, designing experience strategies, and offering guidance to create memorable experiences that drive customer loyalty and employee engagement.
As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success. You create a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction. You cultivate the potential in others and actively team across the PwC Network, understanding tradeoffs, and leveraging our collective strength.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of innovative tax data transformation strategies
- Overseeing end-to-end delivery of projects that integrate business, experience, and technology aspects
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and design impactful solutions
- Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successes
- Mentoring and guiding teams to cultivate potential and foster a collaborative environment
- Promoting technological advances to create environments where people and technology thrive together
- Developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership in tax innovation
- Balancing strategic choices with detailed execution to drive change and address system-level enablers
- Building and maintaining executive-level client relations to enhance customer and employee experiences
- Confirming adherence to professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

The salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $438,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
