The OpportunityAt Wealth.com, we are building the future of multi-generational wealth strategy. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be the technical architect of our Tax Planning suite. You will lead the charge in Technical Validation—proving to the world’s most sophisticated RIAs, Enterprises, and Trust Companies that our platform doesn't just calculate taxes, it compounds value through intelligent automation and strategic modeling.
Key Responsibilities
Expert Demonstrations: Lead deep-dive technical demonstrations of the Wealth.com platform, specifically highlighting multi-state tax scenario modeling, Quick Actions for tax strategies, and side-by-side comparisons.
Technical Discovery: Conduct discovery sessions with prospective RIA and enterprise clients to understand their current tax planning workflows and identify how our AI SaaS solution can replace fragmented tools.
Strategic Modeling: Help advisors visualize complex outcomes, such as the impact of Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS), Roth conversions, and multi-generational gifting on their clients' estates.
Technical Diligence: Manage the technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses and assist with security questionnaires for large-scale enterprise deployments.
Product Feedback: Act as a bridge between the market and our product team, translating advisor feedback into actionable requirements for the next generation of tax and estate features.
A Technical Subject Matter Expert: You possess deep "under-the-hood" knowledge of the U.S. tax code (Form 1040, W-2, and Schedule K-1 nuances).
Integration-Minded: You understand how data flows. You can speak confidently about API frameworks, data security/integrity, and how Wealth.com integrates with an advisor's existing tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Orion, Black Diamond).
The "Builder" Mentality: You enjoy creating scalable processes. Whether it’s a new workflow for Capital Gains harvesting or a technical FAQ for a complex enterprise client, you build for the future.
5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or advanced Tax Planning (CPA, EA, or JD/LLM strongly preferred).
Tax Expertise: A solid background in tax planning for high-net-worth individuals
Proven track record of leading technical validation in complex B2B or Fintech sales cycles.
Exceptional Presentation Skills: Ability to take a raw, complex client scenario and transform it into a compelling, clear technical vision.
Adaptability: Comfortable in a high-growth environment with the ability to self-manage and pivot based on evolving product capabilities and market needs.
Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex tax and legal concepts in a clear, persuasive manner to both technical teams and business executives.
