We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers.
This role sits at the intersection of cyber risk advisory, customer engagement, and operational ownership of security engagements.
You will help customers translate technical findings into clear business and financial risk insights, enabling better prioritization of mitigation efforts and security investments.
This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about connecting technical security insights with business risk context, and who are experienced in collaborating with CISOs on prioritization and executive-level decision-making.

This is a unique position that combines cyber risk advisory, technical expertise, and full ownership of customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to CISOs and security leaders, translating technical findings into business impact and cyber risk insights.

    • Help customers make informed decisions on risk prioritization, mitigation strategies, and where security investments have the highest impact.

    • Own and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of customer relationships and engagements, including onboarding, assessment coordination, scoping, prerequisites, and operational execution.

    • Maintain an ongoing risk narrative for each customer, connecting assessment results, platform insights, and remediation progress over time.

    • Work with internal teams, including red team, blue team, threat intelligence, and platform specialists, to ensure successful engagement delivery.

    • Guide customers in understanding and interpreting cyber exposure models, attack paths, risk & mitigation insights generated by Cye's platform.

    • Support executive-level conversations around prioritization of remediation, security investments, and measurable risk reduction.

    • Drive long-term customer retention through consistent value realization and measurable outcomes.

    • Identify opportunities for deeper platform usage, additional assessments, and service expansion.

    • Partner with sales teams to support expansion discussions grounded in the customer's risk posture and security maturity.

Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security consulting, cyber risk management, or technical customer success within enterprise environments.

    • Experience working directly with CISOs, security leaders, or executive stakeholders.

    • Strong understanding of enterprise security environments (networking, infrastructure, cloud) - required.

    • Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, risk-based narratives for business stakeholders.

    • Comfort discussing risk trade-offs and prioritization decisions with both technical and business stakeholders.

    • Experience scoping or leading security assessments, penetration testing engagements, or security reviews.

    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    • Fluent in English.

    -Loss magnitude
    -Likelihood/probability
    -Financial impact of cyber scenarios
    -FAIR or similar methodologies
  • Background in security consulting, advisory, or enterprise architecture.
