Who We Are

adMarketplace is the largest global marketplace for Native Search advertising. For over 25 years, we’ve connected brands with consumers at the moment they express commercial intent beyond legacy search engines.
Today, our Native Search solutions are exclusively integrated across next-generation platforms where discovery happens, including web browsers, Buy Now Pay Later apps, and AI chat surfaces. Powered by vector search technology, our platform delivers relevant text and product ads that match consumers with the brands, products, and offers they’re actively seeking.
Our award-winning culture is grounded in the principles of Curiosity, Collaboration, Creative Conflict, Commitment, and Competitiveness – our 5Cs. These values drive us to turn complexity into clarity and create measurable value for consumers, advertisers, and publishers alike.

The Role

As a Technical Account Manager at adMarketplace, you will consistently deliver seamless, high-performing publisher integrations and serve as the trusted technical partner for assigned accounts — driving monetization outcomes, integration quality, and publisher satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned publisher accounts, owning the post-sales technical relationship and ensuring alignment between publisher objectives, technical requirements, and product roadmaps.

  • Lead end-to-end integrations from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, launch, optimization, upgrades, and migrations.

  • Define and validate endpoint logic, placement configurations, reporting and data requirements, and overall launch readiness.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Business Development, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams to architect, launch, and support scalable publisher solutions.

  • Own technical operations for assigned accounts, including QA, integration audits, endpoint reviews, compliance checks, and post-launch validation at key milestones.

  • Monitor integration health, traffic quality, reporting accuracy, and performance, proactively identifying opportunities to improve monetization, operational efficiency, and implementation quality.

  • Lead technical troubleshooting and escalations, coordinating cross-functional resolution efforts and serving as the technical owner during high-priority incidents impacting publisher performance or revenue.

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize publisher reporting solutions; investigate data discrepancies; leverage SQL and analytics to validate integrations, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations.

  • Develop and maintain integration documentation, implementation guides, and best practices, and clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Integration Consulting, Customer Success Engineering, Ad Operations, or a similar client-facing technical role within digital advertising or ad tech.

  • Strong understanding of APIs, databases, system architecture, and web technologies.

  • Experience managing technical integrations and supporting external customers or partners.

  • Proficiency with SQL and data analysis.

  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, JSON, and XML.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate complex issues.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Compensation Range: $105,000 - $125,000 + bonus
