Qualis LLC is seeking a Technical Capture Manager. The Technical Capture Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our technology solutions within the United States market. This position requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to identify new market opportunities and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. The successful candidate will design and implement business development strategies that align with company goals and technological capabilities. They will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and sustained revenue growth. Ultimately, this role is critical in positioning the company as a leader in innovative technology solutions and expanding our footprint in competitive markets.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- At least 15 years of experience in business development or sales within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex technical sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- Strong understanding of technology products and solutions, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must have a Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Experience working in or with software development, cloud computing, battle management, AI enabled C2 and Man-Machine Interface (MMI) software development.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Demonstrated leadership experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications related to business development or project management (e.g., PMP, CBAP).
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to develop customized technical solutions that address client challenges.
- Lead proposal development, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients and partners to secure new contracts and partnerships.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to business development activities, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.

The Technical Capture Manager utilizes a blend of technical knowledge and business acumen daily to identify client needs and craft compelling value propositions. Strong communication skills are essential for articulating complex technical solutions clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including executives and technical teams. Analytical skills enable the lead to assess market data and customer feedback to refine strategies and prioritize opportunities effectively. Additionally, proficiency with CRM and sales tools supports efficient pipeline management and data-driven decision-making.
