· Experience working with CRM data and understanding customer, case, interaction, account, or related business entities and relationships.

· Strong understanding of data integration, data mapping, reconciliation, and data quality principles.

· Ability to investigate issues across multiple systems and connect business process steps with underlying data and system events.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

· Strong communication skills and ability to explain analytical and technical findings in clear business language.

· Experience working in Agile, cross-functional delivery environments.

Consulting & Stakeholder Management

· Strong consulting mindset, with the ability to approach problems from both business and data perspectives.

· Structured approach to problem-solving, with a focus on business impact and practical outcomes.

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings clearly.

· Adaptability and comfort working across different systems, processes, and evolving priorities.

Nice to Have

· Experience in banking, payments, fintech, or financial services.

· Experience with Salesforce or another enterprise CRM platform.

· Experience with Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, or another log / observability platform.

· Experience with CRM-specific query languages such as Salesforce SOQL, APIs, or system integrations.

· Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.

· Experience with incident investigation, production support, or root cause analysis.
