Role Overview

We’re looking for a seasoned Tech Lead with deep expertise in C++ and Golang, who is passionate about systems programming and thrives in early-stage, high-ownership environments. You’ll be responsible for leading a small, talented engineering team, helping architect core systems, writing performant code, and shaping the technical direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving both technical excellence and team growth.
    Design, implement, and optimize high-performance systems in C++ and Golang
  • Work closely with the founding team to define technical roadmaps and product direction.
  • Write clean, efficient, low-level code that directly interfaces with GPU-based systems.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, technical rigor, and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with deep proficiency in C++ and Golang
  • 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring technical teams
  • Strong background in low-level programming, systems engineering, or performance-critical software
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in early-stage startups or ambiguous environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience with GPU architecture, CUDA, OpenMPI, HPC or parallel computing
  • Background in building infrastructure for AI/ML systems
  • Contributions to open-source low-level or performance libraries
