The Technical Operations Manager, DV+ will play a key role in ensuring clients using our technology achieve optimal results. This involves developing a comprehensive understanding of how best to interface with our platform and partner technologies to accomplish all of the goals, on behalf of each group of stakeholders within the client organizations. Technical troubleshooting is a key responsibility and delving into the setups and data requires relevant experience in working with large datasets. The role serves as an internal point of escalation sitting at the intersection of Account Management and Product/Engineering.

In this role you will:  

  • Provide technical support for clients using Magnite’s DV+ platform

  • Integrate publishers and DSPs

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues in clients’ set up

  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure our DV+ product maintains and develops its best-in-class standing by partnering on reviewing product requirements, feedback, testing etc.

We’re looking for someone with: 

  • 2+ yrs experience in the AdTech industry

  • Experience working with publishers in an in-app environment

  • Proficient with Excel and SQL

  • Ability to think strategically and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills to uncover root issues and guide clients to solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 

  • Solid understanding of the AdTech ecosystem (GAM, Prebid, OpenRTB, SSPs, DSPs etc)

Across US offices, the base salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $105,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
