What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
* 5+ years' experience in business analysis, product analysis, user experience analysis or similar.
* Strong skillsets in analysis, questioning and documentation.
* Demonstrated experience communicating requirements to engineering teams, with high quality outcomes.
* Experience in requirements analysis for systems or integrations, such as API specifications or AI agent workflows
* Experience in an agile environment
* Proven collaboration with product managers, scrum masters and engineers.
 
Work that matters - What you'll be doing
You'll be designing the future TenderLink platform in partnership with the director of product, a product designer and a dedicated engineering team. This will involve:
* Requirements analysis – defining detailed functional and technical requirements from product designs and journeys
* Communication – helping engineering teams understand the context of requirements and facilitating communication with product owners.
* Knowledge management – setting and encouraging standards for effective documentation of knowledge, to support high quality outcomes.

TenderLink is a substantial part of Experian's Australia and New Zealand business with a team distributed across APAC. The Product Analyst role will be a key role to facilitate effective collaboration for TenderLink, which is a key strategic priority for Experian.
