The Technical Product Manager, RBP Ops role owns the backbone of how Resident Benefits Package data flows, scales, and powers experiences across Second Nature’s platform. As the TPM for RBP Ops, you will define the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the service and API layer that keeps enrollment, billing, and entitlement data accurate, consistent, and available to every team and product that depends on it. Sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, finance, operations, and customer-facing teams, you’ll turn complex workflows into reliable, observable systems that make it effortless to onboard residents, manage benefits, and grow revenue at scale.
You’ll partner closely with engineering to design intelligent data mappings and stitching across multiple internal and external systems, building automations and standardizing processes so RBP can scale without adding manual work. In practice, that means translating integration and workflow needs into clear requirements, driving a roadmap of core capabilities from discovery through rollout, and owning the health metrics that signal data quality, enrollment integrity, and system reliability. This role is ideal for a technically fluent product manager who loves digging into APIs, ETL patterns, and identity resolution, and who wants to ensure that as Second Nature grows, RBP Ops is a true competitive advantage.
