Who You Are

You have prior product management experience and deep familiarity with sanctions compliance and risk intelligence products. You understand the complexity of building products for regulated users who need to move quickly, trust the information presented to them, and explain their decisions to internal stakeholders and regulators. You are excited to help Quantifind expand into new product areas and shape the initial product offering. You bring sanctions domain expertise, understand the realities of screening and investigation workflows and know where existing tools fall short. You know how to make clear prioritization tradeoffs to define a practical MVP to solve our customers’ most pressing problems. You are drawn to this role because you want the opportunity to define the product offering and make foundational decisions.

You are rigorous and analytical, but you move with urgency. You can form a strong point of view, validate assumptions with customers and users, and adapt quickly as you learn. You are collaborative by nature and know how to build trust with engineers, data scientists, compliance experts, sales teams, and customers. Above all else, you are motivated by building mission-driven products that help organizations detect and manage real-world risk.

Who We Are

Quantifind is the Risk Intelligence company. We help some of the world’s biggest banks identify money laundering and fraud. Quantifind also works with government agencies, using the same platform to uncover criminal networks and support national security. Quantifind’s Graphyte platform uncovers signals of risk across disparate and unstructured text sources using artificial intelligence and natural language processing techniques.

We are expanding our product offerings in the sanctions compliance space. Sanctions compliance is burdened by high alert volumes, persistent false positives, and growing expectations for speed, accuracy, and auditability. Quantifind sees a major opportunity in this space because our products are built to identify meaningful risk within operational noise and reduce inefficiency. By bringing better data, better intelligence, and better user experiences to sanctions workflows, we can help compliance teams focus on the risks that matter most and make faster, more confident decisions.

To help you succeed, we provide a supportive environment that fosters collaboration between teams and team members, where learning and professional growth are considered a key part of your success, and of ours. We offer a flexible work environment with a family-friendly work-life balance.

What a Great Candidate Looks Like
  • You have 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with experience building products for sanctions compliance and other regulated workflows.
  • You have direct experience with sanctions compliance workflows, such as alert review, list management, entity resolution, UBO analysis, and auditor documentation.
  • You understand the needs of compliance users and can speak credibly about the operational challenges they face.
  • You have experience interacting directly with APIs and are familiar with common API protocols, integrations, and customer implementation considerations.
  • You have strong data literacy and can use data to inform product decisions, define success metrics, investigate product performance, and evaluate customer outcomes.
  • You have an ownership mentality, learn quickly, and can help Quantifind build a differentiated product in a new and strategically important market.
The Opportunity We Offer

In this role, you will become a key member of Quantifind’s product team with responsibility for helping define and build our sanctions compliance product offering. You will work closely with product leadership, engineering, data science, design, sales, customer success, and external customers to identify the highest-value opportunities in the sanctions compliance market and translate them into a focused product strategy we can execute.

This is a highly entrepreneurial product role. You will help answer foundational questions: Which sanctions workflows are we best suited to disrupt? Where do existing tools fail users? What does a strong product-offering include and exclude? You will develop a deep understanding of sanctions compliance users and use that knowledge to shape roadmap priorities, define clear product requirements, and guide delivery in partnership with engineering and data science.

You will also help connect product strategy to market opportunities by supporting customer discovery, product positioning, demos, and sales enablement. Principally, you will become part of a motivated and curious product team that is on a journey to create the world’s premier risk intelligence platform.

Quantifind operates on a hybrid schedule around hubs in Palo Alto, California, and New York City, with regular in-person touchpoints and shared office space. Candidates in Palo Alto, CA or New York City are preferred; however, we are open to remote candidates within the United States.

  • Exceptional benefits package
  • Flexible vacation & paid time off
  • Employer-matched 401(k) plan
  • A fun environment where work-life balance is valued
