Scaled Cognition is the world’s only model lab dedicated exclusively to customer experience and pioneering agentic models purpose-built for reliable action-taking enterprise applications. Backed by Khosla Ventures, the company’s flagship Agentic Pretrained Transformer (APT) eliminates hallucinations, enforces enterprise policies and increases reliability in real-world CX workflows. Founded by serial AI entrepreneurs, former Microsoft Corporate Vice President of Conversational AI Dan Roth, and UC Berkeley AI Professor Dan Klein, and built by a team of world-class PhD researchers and engineers, Scaled Cognition advances the science of agentic AI to deliver safe, policy-aligned automation that enterprises can trust.

As a Technical Product Manager at Scaled Cognition, you will be the champion for our technical customers. You'll be at the helm of our developer-facing products, shaping the tools, platforms, and products that will define the future of agentic AI. You won't just be managing a roadmap; you'll be getting your hands dirty, diving deep into the code, and building the products you'd want to use yourself.

What you'll do:

  • Be the voice of the developer and customer, both internally and externally. You'll live and breathe their problems and be their biggest advocate.
  • Craft a compelling product vision and strategy for our SDKs, APIs, and agent development tools.
  • Write code, build demos, and work side-by-side with our engineering team to bring your vision to life.
  • Transform complex technical challenges into elegant, intuitive developer experiences.

You might be the right person for the job if you:

  • Are a builder at heart. You love to code and can't resist the urge to jump in and solve a tricky problem.
  • Are obsessed with creating elegant, powerful tools that developers love.
  • Have a deep understanding of the AI/ML landscape and are excited about the potential of agentic AI.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you can have a massive impact.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping successful developer-facing products.
  • A strong technical background and hands-on coding experience (Python preferred).
  • Deep expertise in the AI/ML or LLM space.
  • A passion for building and supporting a thriving developer community.
