  • Stay current with best practices in SaaS billing, provisioning, compliance, and internal tooling to keep our products modern, compliant, and competitive.

What you'll need for success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related fields (MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on SaaS internal tools, billing/finance platforms, provisioning systems, or related enterprise solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS billing models, revenue recognition workflows, and integrations with ERP/financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Zuora, Stripe).
  • Experience designing and delivering scalable provisioning, access control, or identity management systems.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of APIs, integrations, and microservices architectures.
  • Strong experience in Agile development environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
  • Proven ability to launch and scale operational products/tools that improve efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
