We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our core platform services. In this role, you will combine the responsibilities of a Product Manager and a System Analyst to design and deliver reusable components and services that power our products.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on shared goals and manage dependencies. You will be responsible for defining plans and working with the engineering team to design robust, scalable technical solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in strategic planning and goals of the product line. Align on dependencies to reach shared company goals.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, including priorities and timelines.
  • Ensure transparency for stakeholders regarding plans and their progress.
  • Own the product backlog: prioritize and make decisions on functionalities based on company goals and value maximization.
  • Work closely with the development team, providing strategic vision, goals and milestones; clearly communicate the business value of solutions and ensure successful delivery of product increments.
  • Gather, validate, and document business requirements​.
  • Describe and validate solutions, and prepare them for development, acting as a business/system analyst.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet defined business requirements.
  • Create and maintain product documentation.
  • Services metrics creation and analysis. Continuous improvement of their quality.
  • Define and analyze service metrics. Drive continuous improvement of product quality.
  • Identify and address problems proactively to ensure smooth product development and rapid problem resolution
  •  

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst, preferably in Fintech, Payments, Crypto or B2B domains.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute against the product roadmap.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business analysts, and other internal stakeholders, to align on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Experience in improving processes and driving operational efficiency.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess system requirements and user workflows.
  • Strong documentation and requirements writing skills.
  • Experience with business analysis tools and knowledge of process modeling notations and architecture visualization, such as BPMN, UML, C4, etc.
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns and data formats.
  • Experience in data modeling.
  • English proficiency: B2–C1.

Nice to have:

    • Understanding crypto payments operations, blockchain principles.

    • Data analysis and BI tools: skills in working with business intelligence tools and building reports.
